Development starts from the application.
A formulation brief begins with the operating condition: the contamination or duty, the substrate, the temperature, the access, the effluent route and the approval regime governing the site. Only then does product selection or development begin.
Bench work and application testing establish whether a formulation performs under the intended conditions. Results inform the specification issued to the client and the quality parameters applied to production batches.
The same team provides technical assistance during use — dosage, method, compatibility and handling — so support does not stop at delivery.
